If you notice more than one charge for your beIN SPORTS CONNECT subscription, there are a few reasons this can happen.
Common reasons for multiple charges
1. Pending or authorization charges
If you recently:
- Subscribed
- Updated or added a new payment method
One of the charges you see may be a temporary authorization hold.
What this means:
- Authorization holds are used by banks to verify that your payment method is valid.
- beIN SPORTS does not collect this amount.
- The pending charge usually disappears automatically within a few days (up to 7–10 business days, depending on your bank).
2. Multiple subscriptions on different accounts
You may have more than one active subscription if:
- You signed up using different email addresses/ mobile numbers
- You previously created another bSC account and subscribed again
Each account is billed separately, even if the same payment method is used.
Try searching your inbox (and spam folder) for subscription receipts from beIN SPORTS CONNECT, Apple, or Google to see if they were sent to different email addresses.
3. Multiple subscriptions on the same account
In rare cases, a subscription may be created more than once if:
- There was an error or interruption during sign-up
- You attempted to subscribe again while a previous attempt was still processing
This can result in more than one active subscription tied to the same account.
4. Subscriptions via different platforms
Subscriptions made through different platforms are billed separately. For example:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play Store
- beIN SPORTS CONNECT website
If you subscribed on more than one platform, you may see multiple charges.
