If you subscribed to beIN SPORTS CONNECT through the Google Play Store using your Google Account, your payments are billed directly by Google.
On your bank statement, these charges typically appear as “Google beIN SPORTS” or similar.
To cancel a Google Play in-app subscription, please follow the steps below.
Cancelling via Android devices
- Log in to your account.
- Tap on the Profile icon at the bottom right corner. Tap 'Subscriptions'.
- Select your plan you wish to cancel.
- Tap 'Manage subscription'.
- You would be redirected to the Google Play Store. Tap 'Cancel subscription'.
- You will be prompted for feedback. Tap 'Cancel subscription' again.
Alternatively, you may refer to this Google Support article to cancel your subscription via the Google Play app.
Important Notes:
You will continue to enjoy access to beIN SPORTS CONNECT until the end of your current billing cycle.
Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
A cancellation confirmation email from Google should arrive within a few minutes.
beIN SPORTS CONNECT cannot cancel or refund Google Play purchases, as all billing is handled directly by Google.
