On your bank statement, these charges typically appear as “Singapore SGP Merchant.”
Web Browser
To cancel your subscription:
- Log in at our website.
Click My Account on the top right corner. From the dropdown, select My Account.

Click 'Subscription & purchases’.

Select your current subscription.

Click 'Cancel Subscription'.
- Choose a cancellation reason and click 'Confirm'.
Mobile Browser
To proceed with the cancellation on a mobile web browser:
- Visit our website on a mobile browser and log in to your account.
- Tap the three dashes (menu icon) in the top left corner.
- Select “My Account”.
- Choose “Profile Settings”.
- Tap the back arrow above "Profile".
- Select “Subscription & Purchases”.
- Select and cancel your subscription.
Important Note:
- You will continue to enjoy access to beIN SPORTS CONNECT until the end of your current billing cycle.
- After completing the steps above, you should receive a cancellation confirmation via email within a few minutes.
Subscribed Through Apple or Google Play?
If you purchased your subscription in-app via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your billing is handled directly by the app store, not by beIN SPORTS CONNECT.
On your statement, these charges typically appear as:
Apple App Store: “Apple.com/bill”
Google Play Store: “Google beIN Sports”
Because these platforms manage your payments independently, cancellations must be done through your Apple or Google Play account.
