To find your device information:
Open the beIN SPORTS CONNECT app on your device.
Tap the Profile icon at the bottom left corner of the screen.
Scroll down and select About.
You’ll see your Device Information displayed on this page.
You can either:
Take a screenshot of this page, or
Copy and paste the device information into your support request.
Android TV, Samsung TV, LG TV and Hisense TV
To find your device information:
Open the beIN SPORTS CONNECT app on your TV.
Select the Profile icon at the bottom left corner of the screen.
Scroll down and select About.
You’ll see your Device Information displayed on this page.
Take a photo of this screen and include it in your support request.
Apple TV
To find your device information:
Open the beIN SPORTS CONNECT app on your TV.
Select the Settings icon at the top of the screen.
Scroll down and select About.
