If you’ve recently moved to a different country, follow the steps below to update your location and continue enjoying beIN SPORTS CONNECT.

1. Cancel your existing subscription in your current account and country.
   • This is required because subscriptions are region-specific and cannot be transferred between countries.
2. Once your subscription has been cancelled, sign out of your account.
3. Open the beIN SPORTS CONNECT app. Tap the profile icon at the bottom right corner.
4. Select ‘About’ from the menu.
5. Tap on ‘Country’ and choose your new region from the list.
6. Create a new account and subscribe using the options available in your new region.

Notes:

You may also need to update your App Store or Google Play Store country settings to match your new region. This ensures the app and relevant subscription options are available to you.
