Experiencing choppy video playbacks can be frustrating. Here are some steps to help resolve these issues:
Check your internet connection
We recommend a broadband internet connection of at least 10 Mbps to ensure smooth playback. You can check your connection speed at Speedtest.net. If your connection is fast enough and you’re still having problems, please try to restart your Wi-Fi router. Moving closer to the Wi-Fi router could help too.
Clear the cached data on your device
- If you are using mobile apps, you can clear cached data via your device’s Settings menu.
- If you are using a computer browser, enter the browser's settings to clear its cache.
This step helps because it removes temporary files that may be outdated, which can improve performance and resolve playback issues.
Close other programmes
If you’re running other bandwidth-intensive programs, such as Outlook, Spotify, BitTorrent, Vuze, internet phone services (Skype, Vonage, etc.), or downloads, try pausing or closing them.
Restart your device
Sign out of your beIN SPORTS CONNECT account and power off your device. Restart your device and log in again.
